Prior to entering the real estate profession, James was employed as Sales and Marketing Director for a large machinery company in the heavy equipment industry. Some people might be curious as to why he was employed in that type of industry when he qualified from University with a Bachelor of Science overseas and later achieved a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Science from Massey University, but such is life, and in our ever-changing world, change is inevitable.
With "Keep learning" as his motto, he has completed his National Diploma in Real Estate and currently James is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (AREINZ).
James has been a RAY WHITE NZ PREMIER MEMBER for many years, which proves his commitment, capability, dedication and achievement.
James enjoys time out with his family and friend which revolves around tennis, table tennis, golf and swimming, and he is also an exponent of the guitar. James is also a self-directed learner in piano, he has composed a few instrumental songs. He is also interested in news related with health and nutritional aspects.
James is eager to help and share with his community, with both Ray White Albany which is regularly involved with and donates to Ronald McDonald House Charities and Special Children Christmas Parties, while James also personally donates to Student Life and Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand. He also does additional volunteer works in his community when possible.
