40 Beresford Street BAYSWATER, North Shore City

Is such a property for sale. It was here long before most of us and could be here long after. This three bedroom with sunroom period bungalow has seen many comings and goings high on her vantage point overlooking the water at Bayswater.
The inheritors of this wonderful real estate dwell overseas - some lucky family's good fortune. What child would not love the view from the sunroom and the corner section with fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighbourhood to explore? The roads are quiet, the schools good, the Bayswater Marina and Sandy Bay just down the road and crisp, neat neighbouring properties on view all the way there.
If you love old character Devonport, Bayswater is just up the road and of the same vintage.
This property is seriously on sale and whether you want to enhance the art deco atmosphere of this high stud, polished floor bungalow or build anew DO NOT HESITATE TO VIEW. See you at the open homes!
The vendors will meet the market.
