Every client I meet presents me with a challenge and an opportunity; challenges that we need to work together to overcome and opportunities that allow me to assist them to succeed and cherish our achievements. Whether they are buying or selling, it’s my job to work for them using all my skills. For the buyer, finding the right property at the right price is my aim and for the seller, I endeavour to bring the best outcome.

Before real estate, I worked for the New Zealand Police – 5.5 years in uniform and 8.5 years in plain clothes as a detective. As with real estate, it brought unique challenges and rewards. I felt a real sense of personal achievement knowing that I was helping to make New Zealand communities thrive, releasing financial and life pressures, and being an important part of their journey.

Auckland is a great mix of culture and landscape and I’m definitely a North Shore and Silverdale, person. I moved to Silverdale/Millwater around 2013 when the development of more than 300 hectares of land began. It’s grown into a community of 3000 new homes, business and commercial activities, all levels of schooling and open spaces for community recreational facilities.

For me, it’s the perfect place for my family and my hobbies. I live here with my wife Gee QIN, who also is a Raywhite salesperson and our three children and we have four goldfish. I can go paddle boarding at Orewa beach and yes, I enjoy motorcycling riding, I race motorcycles at Club Racing level and I stood on the podium a few times in 2019. I enjoy sharing my experiences and helping people so much, that I’m qualified as a Motorcycle Instructor and Licence Testing Officer.

I speak English, Mandarin and Chinese which fits in perfectly with diverse backgrounds. There are over 50 languages spoken across the company which is a reflection of the colourful make-up of the region in which we do business.

I am professional at all times and pay great attention to detail, a carryover from my previous career. I’d love to help you on your journey in this picturesque part of Auckland. Call me at Raywhite Albany and we’ll get started.
