Before coming to New Zealand, Gina mainly worked in the fashion and interior design field throughout South Korea. She started to work as a show window visual merchandiser, and then worked as a coordinator, managing fashion models and searching photo-shooting locations, as well as creating the concept of each fashion show. Gina also enjoyed working as an interior designer for clients’ properties and some of her own. After that, as a manager in a big fashion company, she was in charge of teams and managing the main shop. All these achievements resulted in her being featured in the article, ‘Today’s Women,’ in a Korean woman magazines.
At the same time, she has always been interested in renovating properties and investing in them. She took the course of ‘Certificate in Real Estate Auction Consultant,’ and then worked as a real estate consultant. She think's buying and selling properties is an integrated art achieved through the process of thorough research, development and presentation by a salesperson and clients to reach the clients’ goals. She is ready to build and develop the best of relationships with people who have different social and cultural backgrounds, and provide the best standard of professional service for clients with honesty and enthusiasm, which is her goal as a salesperson.
Personally, she feels travelling has given her many different kinds of inspiration that makes her have high energy and motivation for achieving her goals, along with scuba-diving, skiing, playing golf and winery tours with family and friends.
